Kim - Director, Enabler and Mentor

Since 2018, I have dedicated my career to enabling and mentoring children and young people with additional needs and those struggling with mental health challenges. My experience has equipped me with the tools to provide tailored support and encouragement, helping them navigate their unique journeys. I am passionate about fostering resilience and confidence, ensuring that each young person feels valued and understood.

When I’m not working, I indulge in my hobbies, which include, going for walks (with my puppy, Reggie), watching films, playing board games, exploring the worlds of Pokémon and Harry Potter, as well as engaging in strategic battles with Magic: The Gathering and PGTC. These interests not only fuel my creativity but also allow me to connect with the young people I support, using our shared passions to build meaningful relationships and inspire growth.
